Getting Started
Are you having difficulty finding a good, neighborhood counselor in the western and southern suburbs of Denver? Is sifting through therapist directories overwhelming?

My clients find me likeable and enjoy my humor and outgoing nature mixed with deep insight concerning their deepest issues. You can leave my sessions feeling that the counseling experience was more helpful and enjoyable than anticipated.  One difference my practice has among other counseling practices is that I provide evening as well as daytime hours to better fit your busy schedule.

Here is how to get started with me as your new counselor:

Your initial contact with me will be through phone, email or the contact form found on my "Contact Me/Map" web page (I do not receive text messages). I aim to provide prompt and professional service concerning your questions and appointment requests. I will call you, usually, on the same day to determine your needs and issues.  I will describe to you how the process works and answer any other questions that you may have. If you desire, I will then set an appointment with you for the first counseling session.

I will then request that you print, fill-in and sign the 'Intake Forms' found on my "New Client Forms" web page. If you are unable to print the forms beforehand, then you can always complete the blank forms that are available in my waiting room. These are typical forms provided by a professional counselor. With your completed intake forms you will then attend the first counseling session with me.  I will review the intake forms with you and answer any questions.

Then relax. I am very easy to talk to and personable.  I will begin to get to know you better. During your first session I will obtain more information concerning your issues and will begin to set a plan of action.
